The Hillside School Welcomes Three New Hawks To The Block

The Hillside School, an independent school for students with language-based learning disabilities, has added three new faces to their administrative staff as they look to support their strategic growth goals moving into 2019.

Holly Nonnemacher has been hired as the new Director of Development. Nonnemacher comes to Hillside with more than five years of fundraising experience that spans across both the non-profit and education sectors. In her most recent endeavor she was a member of the development team for Phoebe Ministries as the Major and Planned Giving Officer. Prior to that, Holly worked as the Assistant Director of Student Philanthropy at Muhlenberg College.

Also joining Hillside in part-time roles are Emily Betley, Communications and Community Relations Officer and Sarah Lieberman, Enrollment Management Officer. Betley comes to Hillside after spending the majority of her career working for advertising agencies in the Philadelphia area. Her background is rooted in project management and digital marketing including website content management and social media. She is excited to channel her experience into campaigns that will draw awareness to the school and its initiatives.

Lieberman brings an educational background to her new position as a former elementary teacher for the Diocese of Allentown at Sacred Heart Regional School. In addition to her Master’s Degree in Education, Sarah is also pursuing an MBA from DeSales University. She looks forward to capitalizing on her experience to continue to increase enrollment at the school

“With these new hires in place, we are excited to build momentum going into 2019 and position ourselves for continued success,” says Donna Henry, Head of School. “I look forward to all of us working and growing professionally together to deliver the Hillside mission!”
